This week-long championship, held from 29th July to 6th August 2024, brought together officers from all departments — making it a historic and spirited event for Jaipur Division.
A Grand Beginning: Inauguration Ceremony
The championship was inaugurated by Shri Vikas Purvar, DRM Jaipur, who encouraged the participating officers to embrace sports as a way to build discipline, unity, and wellness alongside professional excellence.
With enthusiastic cheers from the crowd, the tournament began under floodlights at 7:00 PM — setting the tone for an electrifying week of volleyball action.

Six teams participated, each representing a unique mix of skills and camaraderie.
They were divided into two groups for the league stage:

Tournament Format
Two groups (A & B) with three teams each.
- Each team played two matches within its group.
- Top two teams from each group advanced to the Semi-finals.
- Each match was played in three sets (25 points each), while the final was played in five sets.
- The referees’ decision was final in all contests.
- All matches were live streamed on JDSA JP Division – YouTube.
This structure ensured fair competition and plenty of high-voltage action over six days of play.

After the league matches, Track Titans and Machine Masters topped Group B, while General Gladiators and Signal Smashers advanced from Group A — setting the stage for some exciting knockout battles.

Both teams, General Gladiators and Track Titans, advanced to the Grand Finale, while Signal Smashers and Machine Masters geared up for the 3rd Place match.

3rd Place Match:
Machine Masters defeated Signal Smashers in a thrilling three-set battle.

Grand Finale:
The much-anticipated final saw Track Titans (Engineering) face off against General Gladiators (General Admin).
